il tecktonik è nato nel 2000 in francia.
nel 2005 ha fatto il suo primo album: tecktonik volume 1, con 2 cd.
nel 2006 ha fatto il suo "boom", ovvero il suo successone in canzoni, il suo ballo ormai di moda per i ragazzi, la tecktonik dance, detta anche electro dance.
il tecktonik è diffuso in tutta europa, in particolare in francia, belgio, sassonia e un po in italia.
Il tecktonik è un genere potentissimo nel senso di house, purtroppo poco preferito dalla maggior parte delle persone, ma a chi gli piace si scatena.

il jumpstyle è sia che uno stile di musica, in un certo senso simile al tecktonik, ma è anche un ballo dove si muovono le gambe saltando. è più stancante della tecktonik dance e ci sono anche alcune mosse davvero molto difficili.
il jumpstyle è nato in francia nel 2000 in olanda-belgio ed è diventato subito una moda.

furious bass è una compilation mixata da jacky core, però ora è uscita anche la compilation del 2009. Le canzoni si vedono sempre soprannominate "piste 8" (esempio), il numero si cambia rispetto al numero della canzone in sequenza nella playlist (nell' esempio infatti c'è la canzone che in sequenza è per ottava).
